Some parts of the project are approved. Others remain in engineering. Some are long-term ambitions. These are different things, and we will keep them clearly labelled.
Palliser Grid is still in development. Nothing has been built and nothing is operating. The information we can report today is not the same as the performance we intend to measure in the future.
Report what matters.
As the project advances, we intend to share what is known across five areas. Once operating, the aim is to report measurements—not rely on development-stage promises.
Water.
Withdrawals, consumption, returns and reuse, with the design and operating context needed to understand them.
Energy.
Electricity use, sourcing and operating efficiency.
Emissions.
Measured performance and carbon intensity, without treating an ambition as an achieved result.
Land.
Site impacts, land management and full-life stewardship.
Local participation.
Community involvement, local procurement and the opportunities the project actually creates.
Questions belong in the open.
If something is unclear, ask. We welcome questions about the project, its current status and the decisions still ahead. Contact hello@pallisergrid.com.
